MULTIPLE VALVE CONTROL: One Ejectomat/PLUS unit controls three
different valves. Each valve can be programmed independently to operate the
cycle/duration/delay functions. CYCLE CONTROL: Program the valve to activate once with every cycle of the press all the way up to once every 999th cycle. Ideal for additional blow off areas, misting parts, lubricating or running other air powered equipment. DURATION and DELAY of the air blast are adjustable from .1 to 99.9 seconds. Press ON for continuous air, PULSE for a burst of air. STROKE COUNTER: The counter provides the total strokes the press has made, the average strokes per minute for the last minute, and the average strokes per minute realized over the entire job. A vital feature for accurate cost tracking. VARIED INPUT SIGNALS: Input compatibility allows this unit to accept a variety of external signals: magnetic, mechanical, programmable controller, 110 AC. QUICK DISCONNECTS: On valves and switches for fast and easy changes. RAPID SETUPS & EXACT CONTROL: Digital read-out allows for easy on-screen programming. Between job setups go faster and cycle/duration/delay functions can be precisely controlled down to tenths of a second. CONSTRUCTED: of 18 gauge steel with baked-on enamel finish, measures 7"H x 4"W x 4"D, 7 ft. shielded cable to switch, 7 ft. valve cord, and 7 ft. power cord to 120 volt supply with ground plug.
